As spring gives way to summer, Jinli Lightning Protection’s first-half team-building retreat kicked off right on schedule. The entire team headed to Lujiang to embark on a one-day outdoor adventure themed: "Blazing a Trail, Rowing Toward the Future." Leaving behind the hustle and fatigue of work, we set out with light hearts—ready to enjoy a truly joyful and exhilarating team journey!

In the morning, we gathered at the outdoor grounds of the Lujiang Gotion Hotel. Beneath a clear, boundless sky, we teamed up to tackle a series of fun-filled challenges.

Moving the yoga ball requires unity of heart and perfect synchronization; only by maintaining a consistent pace can we advance steadily.

Every task demands a division of labor and mutual support; everyone fulfills their respective duties and cooperates fully, and amidst laughter and cheers, we engrave the very essence of "team" into our actions.

In the afternoon, we arrived at the picturesque Jintang Lake Wetland Park. The azure waters mirrored the blue sky; and although the wind and waves were strong, they could not dampen everyone's enthusiasm.

Under the guidance of professional instructors, we received comprehensive onshore training—covering everything from paddle grip and steering to forward and backward maneuvering—enabling everyone to quickly master the basics and take to the water for practice. Although the wind and waves were significant, and a few colleagues inadvertently fell overboard, no one showed the slightest hesitation; instead, they met these mishaps with laughter. Upon returning to shore, they quickly regrouped—their fighting spirit undiminished—remaining fully energized and completely committed to the activity!

The Great Crayfish Challenge: Teams navigate the lake in kayaks, putting their keen eyesight and speed to the test as they compete to catch the greatest number of crayfish—a contest brimming with surprises and fun!

Canoe & Kayak Round-Trip Sprint: Each team fields two vessels, with the entire crew working in perfect unison to cut through the waves. Amidst the splashing spray, they challenge the record for the fastest round-trip time—a true showcase of both speed and passion.

The entire event was filled with joy and laughter, and before anyone knew it, it had turned into a lively water fight party; with water splashing everywhere and laughter ringing out continuously, everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable and happy time.

As the event drew to a close, the various groups gathered in circles to debrief. Unity, vitality, positivity, perseverance, giving one's all, embracing challenges, fulfilling one's role—these resonant keywords represent not only the takeaways from the day but, more importantly, the very essence of the team.

We understand that a truly great team is one where someone leads the way, someone holds the line, and someone steps in to fill the gaps—where every mind is aligned and every effort is united; it is a team that, even when facing stormy seas, can march forward shoulder to shoulder, fearless and undaunted.
